I decided to show how I use the trampoline to train some moves, such as darkhammers, tuck planche, the reverse float (which i like to call "the cloud ride") and shoot through.
Other moves which this training helped with was the UFO glide and the two hand flag freeze.
I tried to learn boomerangs with this methods but it put too much pressure on elbows. It became one of the things which lead to my elbow tendinitis. I have now stopped practicing the boomerangs because it hurts my elbow. Other factors which lead to the elbow injury were doing moves like 1990 without using a glove and some types of manual labour and poor posture sitting on the train etc.
Spring Sessions: btw I just noticed I slowed down a lot as this video progressed. I should work on controlling my speed.
